  About Kale

Kale Evans is fully committed to the development of leaders. Having acquired more than 25 years of diverse professional experience, he is a continuous learner and practitioner who applies contemporary best practices in executive coaching and leadership development to achieve measurable results. His diverse business and professional background includes leadership and management accountability in the US military, corporate America, and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, Kale realized early in his career that coaching and leadership development were two of his passions and as a result he is an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Executive Coaching at New York University. In addition, he is a national speaker with the Mosaic Mentors Speakers Bureau (www.mosaicmentors.com) on the topics of leadership effectiveness, career management, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
 
While serving our nation as an Army Officer, Kale learned and practiced the principles of leading effectively. Following the Army, Kale worked in the pharmaceutical division of Pfizer for 9 years where he was promoted through several levels of management and accountability which included Sales Representative, Manager of Sales Analytics, Sr. Manager of Managed Healthcare Sales and Strategic Planning, and Managed Healthcare Sales Team Leader. After Pfizer, Kale worked in the pharmaceutical division of Warner-Lambert for 3 years where he started as an Associate Director of Sales Incentive Compensation and was promoted to Director of Sales Training and Development. He then left the pharmaceutical industry to join American Express as the Director of Call Center Sales Operations and Strategic Planning, a start-up business unit. Kale was promoted from Director to Vice President in 12 months and became the first individual to lead in the role of Call Center Sales Operations and Strategic Planning for the corporation.
 
In 2001, he transitioned into entrepreneurship after 3 years with AMEX to become the President and CEO of Kale Evans & Company, LLC. His company is an executive coaching and leadership development boutique that partners with multinational companies. Kale’s mission is to coach leaders in realizing their full potential and to hone his competencies he in turn acquired advanced training and certifications which include Certified Executive Coach, Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, and Certified Situational Leadership Training and Development Facilitator. In addition, Kale artfully blends humor, storytelling, and applied best practices in order to inspire his listeners to take action because he understands how-to motive adults to learn and to grow.
