In 2001, Kale Evans started Kale Evans & Company after acquiring over 20 years of diverse leadership and professional experience. His corporate experience includes Pfizer, Warner-Lambert, and an executive role at American Express. His experience in higher education includes New York University, the University of North Carolina at Fayetteville State University, and Winston-Salem State University. Evans’ military experience includes a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Air Force and a Commissioned Officer in the US Army, respectively. In addition, he gives back to the community by serving as a board member for a national non-profit organization. |

His certifications and specialized training includes: Certified Coach; Certified Myers-Briggs Type (MBTI) Practitioner; Certified Situational Leadership Training Facilitator; and the Center for Creative Leadership’s Assessment Certification Workshop. In turn, he is certified to administer, interpret, and provide feedback on various widely accepted multi-rater assessment instruments and personality inventories.
