Kale conducts field research on topics relating to leadership effectiveness. The names of the participants and their organizations is managed in strict confidentiality and will not be made public under any circumstances. Interviews are conducted via phone and take a max of 15 – 20 minutes. You will be provided with a de-brief and a hard copy of the survey results.
